HUIGIN - London Dry Gin born on the banks of the Maullín River
Chilean artisanal gin made in Puerto Varas, in the heart of the Maullín River basin.
Its recipe combines the maceration of six carefully selected botanicals, highlighting fresh citrus notes that evoke the purity of the Maullín River. It is distilled in a copper still through a rigorous 11-distillation process, which gives it exceptional purity and smoothness.
The result is a balanced, versatile, and refined gin with a unique character that celebrates gatherings, traditions, and the warmth of homemade goodness. Ideal to enjoy with tonic, fresh rosemary, lemon, or simply on its own to appreciate its essence in every sip.
HUIGIN is inspired by the guardian of the river: the huillín ( Lontra provocax ). This elusive and silent animal inhabits the Maullín River basin and symbolizes the connection between water, life, and conservation. With each bottle, we seek to raise awareness of its existence and promote the protection of its natural habitat.
